Position by Design hired as design firm for new Event Center at Viridian

Position By Design has been contracted for the interior design and furnishing of Viridian’s new 10,000 square foot event center currently under construction. The community is already highly amenitized with trails, a large aquatic facility, an amphitheater and a sailing center. The new building is designed for hosting events such as weddings and corporate conferences.

“Our goal is to provide an understated, elegant background for whatever events may occur at the center,” stated Elizabeth Falconer, founder of the 26 year old design firm. “Whatever the bride or corporate planner has in mind for their event will be the foreground for the occasion.”

Position By Design has completed other large amenity centers for companies such as Pulte (Del Webb) and D.R. Horton---all out of the area. The north Arlington market does not have many large event spaces available for rent; and with a lake focus, the Viridian Event Center will provide a unique venue in the area. It is scheduled to open this summer.
